Whats with all the cat avatars?

Cats are awesome, but is it just me or are there a lot of cat avatars around.....

actually, maybe its just the same people posting lots

I think its just the same people posting as far as i know, since i have about 50 posts, and Admin has 90+, we are the only ones with cat avatars from what i can see.
